Fruited NEIPA. 7.3% big bodied hazy ipa with pink guava and passionfruit puree. Enough said.
Our clean seltzer series with watermelon puree. This is the best one yet, not even close. Super refreshing!
The brown base from our #301 Under the Bridge Brown and the same coffee as Breakfast in Istanbul! Super drinkable, the lighter base allows the hazelnut to come more forward than in the Breakfast in Istanbul. Big Hazelnut, light body.
Crisp West Coast IPA base hopped with only Amarillo Cryo Hops. The result is a medium bodied IPA with great citrus/orange notes.
Easy drinking blonde ale with blueberry puree. Naturally tart and fruity!
This is the same base as our Problematic Reasoning Double NEIPA. 8.7%, 22 IBU that is only hopped with new experimental hop variety HBC-692. Super unique profile. Kind of dank, kind of grassy, with a touch of smooth sweetness. Spruce Tips is the main flavor aroma profile we are getting in this big creamy NEIPA. This will probably be a one and done experiment so don’t miss it.
Here is something unique. A rice ale with fresh Hunsberger Farm plums. A grain bill that was nearly 50% flaked rice gives a nice crisp medium body with a sweet wash of plums on the back. Smooth and subtly fruity.
The affair series is a “summer stout” series featuring a lighter bodied/ lower alcohol stout base, lactose, and in this version graham cracker and banana!
Sangria inspired cider. Apple Cider blended with a touch of lemonade, cranberry, blackberry and a hint of orange. Bold color and big flavors but super refreshing!
The affair series is a “summer stout” series featuring a lighter bodied/ lower alcohol stout base, lactose, and in this version peanut butter and coconut.
A Mexican Lager brewed with flaked corn, lime peel, and coriander. Clean and crisp.
Imperial Stout inspired by Windmill Cookies. Brewed with chocolate malt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, coriander, clove, and almond. Well balanced spices with subtle sweetness.
A light grainbill stands back and lets Simcoe, Mosaic, and Warrior hops punch you right in the mouth. Dank pine notes dominate.
Scottish Wee Heavy made with traditional British Malts and yeast. Significant malt sweetness and caramel notes with a subtle nutty finish.
A simple grain bill and Centennial hops play perfectly with steeped additions of Earl Grey Tea and Chai Tea. Finally we add Apple Cider and Cranberry Puree for a great fall taste. The result is a more tea forward version than the first Project Soren with a subtle tart finish from the fruit.
A roasty American Porter with chocolate and crystal malts that are balanced out by a punch of American hops.
A ridiculous amount of real strawberries and rhubarb give this fruit beer a sweet tart flavor balanced by biscuit/pie crust flavored grains and lactose for whipped cream. Vanilla beans were added in the secondary make this beer even more like the real thing.
This imperial coconut coffee stout is made with a large addition of cold pressed coconut coffee that adds nice sweetness to this high gravity stout. Listen to more about Maui.
A bigger version of our Sim Cities IPA, this DIPA has big additions of Simcoe, Columbus, and Amarillo hops. Dry hopped with Simcoe hop hash to make a very drinkable imperial IPA.
